Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday with two weekend day shifts | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans to support functional recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress, assessments, and treatment notes accurately using the facility's EMR system (Meditech)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to facility dress code and safety protocols throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work a schedule that includes weekday and weekend day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting strongly preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or acute inpatient rehabilitation will also be considered
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR platform
