Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Onsite | Expected 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday with two weekend day shifts | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Utilize facility EMR system (Meditech) for documentation and clinical communication

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of California
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR); Meditech experience a plus
• Ability to work a schedule that includes weekday and weekend day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting strongly preferred
• Candidates with skilled nursing facility (SNF) or acute inpatient experience will also be considered
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR platform
