Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility policy
• Adhere to scheduled rotations including every other weekend and holidays as required by facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract commitment
• Compliance with all facility health, safety, and credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care or hospital-based physical therapy setting
• Previous travel therapy assignment experience
