Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
Deliver direct physical therapy services to restore patient function and mobility
Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families while maintaining compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient populations
