Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including orthopedic, post-operative, vestibular, and TMJ cases
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits in accordance with clinic scheduling protocols
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Kentucky or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (new graduates will not be considered)
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience or interest in pelvic health physical therapy is a plus
• Familiarity with vestibular and TMJ treatment approaches
