Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday with possible weekend rotation | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a medical/surgical facility setting
• Float to additional units as needed, including Hospital Based Outpatient and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Document patient care and progress using the facility's EMR system (Redoc)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to work in a medical/surgical inpatient setting
• Willingness and ability to float to outpatient and acute rehabilitation units as required
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Redoc EMR documentation system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient or acute rehabilitation setting
• Previous travel therapy assignment experience
• Familiarity with Redoc or similar EMR platforms
