Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday | Split between two clinic locations approximately 6 miles apart | 3 shifts 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (1-hour lunch), 2 shifts 10:30 AM–7:00 PM (30-minute lunch, Tuesday–Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Manage medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals
• Design functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities and progress patients toward discharge within an established length of stay
• Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
• Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing in the state of Maryland
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to work across two outpatient clinic locations within the same market
• Demonstrated ability to manage an average caseload of approximately 11 patients per day
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and professional standards of conduct

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with functional outcome measures and quality indicator documentation
• Experience supervising or mentoring PT students or clinical affiliates
