Job TitlePhysical Therapist
LocationSilver Spring, MD | Home Health / Outpatient (Lower Montgomery & Upper to Mid Prince George's Counties)
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Days | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (5×8-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to adult patient populations across assigned service areas
- Manage an expected caseload of approximately 6 patient visits per day
- Float within the facility and within scope of practice as operationally needed
- Complete required orientation modules (averaging 4-6 hours) through the designated learning management system
- Maintain an active Maryland or Compact Physical Therapy license throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Maryland State PT license or Compact license - must be active and in hand at time of submission
- BLS certification required - current expiration date must be included at submission
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; first-time travelers are welcome
- Experience working with adult patient populations required
- Must be nicotine-free; this is a tobacco-free facility and a positive nicotine screen will result in cancellation
- Two supervisor references required; former employees must have been separated from the facility for a minimum of 1 year
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience managing a high-volume outpatient or home health caseload
- Familiarity with WorkDay or similar learning management platforms for completing compliance modules
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and float across varied clinical settings within scope of practice
