Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and quality assurance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapist license (compact license not accepted)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Minimum 30-day notice required upon end of assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with contract assignment expectations and travel therapy workflows
