Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Temporary / Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, including treatment of deconditioned, post-operative, and post-hospitalization patients
- Document patient care and progress accurately using Epic EMR
- Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
- Participate in required orientation and adhere to scheduling requirements, including select summer holidays
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous Physical Therapist experience
- Active Iowa state Physical Therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Valid driver's license
- Current skills checklist completed within the past year
- Must maintain a taxable home address outside of 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least one prior travel therapy contract completed
- Experience with Epic EMR
