Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Temporary / Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients including deconditioned, post-operative, and post-hospitalization populations.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic EMR.
- Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.
- Participate in orientation scheduled on Mondays and adhere to facility scheduling requirements, including select summer holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa state physical therapy license (required).
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous physical therapy experience (required).
- Valid driver's license (required).
- Current skills checklist completed within the past year (required).
- Must not have been employed by the client facility within the last 12 months (required).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least one prior travel therapy contract completed.
- Experience working with Epic EMR.
