Physical Therapist – Inpatient Traveler

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment with Possible Extension

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients across applicable diagnoses and acuity levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license in hand at time of start
• Strong inpatient physical therapy experience
• Ability to complete third-party education verification as required
• Willingness to complete required facility onboarding modules or provide attestation of equivalent training

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an inpatient setting
• Familiarity with acute care or hospital-based rehabilitation programs
