Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and provide follow-up treatment sessions scheduled every 30 minutes with an average treatment time of 60 minutes
• Manage a caseload of 11+ visits per day and 55+ visits per week while maintaining 90% productivity
• Treat a diverse patient population including adolescent, adult, geriatric, and orthopedic patients across a wide range of diagnoses
• Document clinical notes using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
• Collaborate with Patient Experience Coordinators and Rehab Aides to deliver high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Virginia
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• New graduates are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, disc herniations, and other musculoskeletal diagnoses
• Familiarity with the NextGen electronic documentation system
• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic setting
