Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting
- Strong documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) skills
