Physical Therapist
LocationTarboro, NC
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 5 x 8-hour shifts | 40 hours per week | Rotating Saturdays (approximately once every 6 weeks) with a compensatory day during the week
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Treat patients across a range of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and general weakness/debility conditions
- Formulate individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation and clinical findings
- Execute and progress treatment plans in accordance with patient goals and clinical standards
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage for acute care patients approximately once every 6 weeks
Required Qualifications- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat outpatient and inpatient populations
- Experience with orthopedic, neurological, and general debility patient populations
- Ability to independently formulate and execute comprehensive treatment plans
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a combined outpatient and inpatient therapy setting
- Familiarity with acute care physical therapy protocols and documentation standards
