Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines.
Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities.
Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations as assigned.
Adhere to the applicable State Practice Act and all regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements.
Participate in organizational performance improvement initiatives and contribute feedback through staff meetings, focus groups, or direct supervision channels.
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Georgia.
Required specialty in Orthopedics.
