Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
- Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 patients per week
- Deliver evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing therapy interventions in an outpatient clinic setting
- Maintain professional documentation and adhere to business casual dress code standards
- Coordinate with clinical leadership regarding scheduling and any overtime requirements prior to working additional hours
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Tennessee
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to meet outpatient productivity expectations
- Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience, particularly in orthopedics
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic setting
