Contract | Days | Monday through Friday | Flexible schedule options including 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10; availability for up to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services across a broad patient population including orthopedic, geriatric, and athletic populations
• Conduct evaluations (scheduled at 1 hour each) and follow-up treatments (scheduled at 2 per hour)
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings post-clinicals
• Proficiency or ability to learn Raintree EMR
• Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week
• Ability to complete required pre-assignment onboarding modules prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic, geriatric, and/or athletic patient populations
• Prior travel therapy or contract assignment experience
