Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week guaranteed | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment to a caseload of 55–63 patients per week
• Deliver care during clinic hours spanning 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Complete required HealthStream modules as part of pre-placement requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Proficiency with or ability to learn Raintree EMR
• Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with HealthStream compliance modules
