Physical Therapist – Adult Outpatient (Lymphedema Certified)

Willmar, MN | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10 or 5x8 | Start time no earlier than 7:00 AM, end time no later than 5:30 PM | No call, no weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to adult outpatient population
• Deliver specialized lymphedema treatment and management using Lymphedema Certification
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required lab work within 48 hours of signing contract and comply with all facility onboarding requirements
• Provide holiday coverage as needed by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Lymphedema Certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Active Minnesota PT license in hand or proof of Minnesota license application at time of submission
• Must live more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent employees of the facility must have been separated for at least 9 months before being eligible to return as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an adult outpatient therapy setting
• Familiarity with Minnesota state compliance and licensing requirements
• Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills
