Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Outpatient | 36–40 Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic workflow
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with outpatient orthopedic standards of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington, or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Ability to meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- New graduates will not be considered; prior clinical experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
