Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (expected 32 hours during holiday weeks; expected 24 hours during Thanksgiving week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Complete all required facility credentialing documentation prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required prior to start date
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Must be available for an ASAP start date
- Must adhere to a 30-day notice policy at end of assignment
- Candidates with prior permanent or PRN employment at this facility must have been separated for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible for a travel assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Experience working within outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
