Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Be willing and available to float to other areas or facilities as operationally needed, up to 75 miles from the contracted location
• Complete required orientation modules, which may range from approximately 2–8 hours and vary by specialty

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license with no license violations or disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current and valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or state-issued ID)
• Proof of residency (utility bill, mortgage statement, or lease agreement in the traveler's name with matching address, dated within the last three months of projected start date)
• Must live more than 75 miles from the contracted facility to be eligible — candidates within 75 miles are considered local and are not eligible for this position
• Must be willing to float to other areas or facilities as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating a broad range of orthopedic diagnoses in an outpatient environment
• Prior travel therapy experience with a strong, consistent work history
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and workflows
