Outpatient Physical Therapist
LocationZanesville, OH and Coshocton, OH
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services across two clinic locations
- Evaluate and treat adult patients with orthopedic, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses
- Deliver specialty services including concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema treatment, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling
- Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic medical records system
- Participate in training and initial orientation as required
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Proficiency or ability to learn EPIC EMR
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday with no option for a 4-day schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with orthopedic, neurological, or general medical/surgical patient populations in an outpatient setting
- Specialty training or experience in one or more of the following: concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, or dry needling
