    Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehab

    Sparks, Nevada
    Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (March 2, 2026 – May 30, 2026)
    Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,904.53
    Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 40 Hours Guaranteed

    Position Overview

    Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Sparks, NV.

    The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services through detailed patient evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. This role focuses on restoring mobility, improving functional independence, and supporting recovery for patients with complex medical conditions.

    The therapist will work as part of an interdisciplinary care team in a structured inpatient rehab environment.

    Clinical Coverage Areas

    Therapists will provide care for patients with:
    Post-surgical recovery needs
    Neurological conditions
    Orthopedic rehabilitation
    Mobility and functional impairments
    Medically complex rehabilitation cases

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and clinical assessments
    Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals
    Deliver therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation interventions
    Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
    Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
    Educate patients and families on recovery and rehabilitation strategies
    Adapt to changing patient needs and work assignments

    Required Qualifications

    Active Physical Therapist License (State Licensure Required)
    Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehab or acute care experience
    BLS Certification
    Degree in Physical Therapy
    Strong clinical and documentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    First Aid certification
    Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings
    Strong adaptability in dynamic clinical environments

    Scheduling & Assignment Details

    40 hours guaranteed per week
    Monday – Friday schedule
    Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    No weekend requirements mentioned

    Important Notes

    Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
    Position based at Northwest Specialty Hospital (within system)
    Crisis Prevention (TEAM) training required within 6 months of hire
    Strong ability to adapt to changing clinical assignments required

    Candidates must complete all onboarding and compliance requirements including:
    Active state licensure verification
    BLS certification
    Primary source license verification
    Skills checklist and competency validation
    Completion of onboarding and orientation
