Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Oklahoma state license; one year of physical therapy experience is required. New graduates are acceptable provided they have Level II experience and not just Level I observation experience; experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SNF or rehabilitation settings is highly desirable.
• Additional Information: Effectively screens, evaluates, and treats patients with physical functioning disorders, including wound care. Administers procedures such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive and assistive devices, and wound care. Documents treatment progress, adjusts plans based on patient response, and participates in care conferences and training sessions. Supervises and supports physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students. Adheres to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and state practice acts, ethics, and professional conduct standards.
