REQUIREMENTS
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility techniques, and rehabilitation practices
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
Provide gait training, balance training, transfer training, and mobility interventions
Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment techniques and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
Collaborate with therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Support patients in achieving maximum functional independence and rehabilitation goals
Adhere to all professional, regulatory, and facility standards

Competitive pay rate of $39.00 - $45.50 per hour
