Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
- Float between assigned facility locations as needed
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee
- Willingness and ability to float between multiple care locations
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Experience working in a float or multi-site capacity
