Key Responsibilities- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs to support recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
