Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitative activities
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and progress

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
• Familiarity with PACS documentation systems
