Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and progress

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) documentation software
