Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy treatment to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility environment
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident rehabilitation goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff regarding treatment progress
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no weekend rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
