Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications- Active PTA license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous clinical experience in a rehabilitation or therapy setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
