Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Deliver patient care in accordance with established treatment plans and clinical protocols
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and contract requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license; Washington State license or valid Compact License accepted
• Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements prior to start date
• Willingness to complete any additional documentation requirements as part of the onboarding process

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient or multi-specialty physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with travel or contract-based clinical assignments
