Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status
• Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and staff at all times

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
• Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee across a Monday through Friday schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
