Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissues for diagnostic purposes.
- Perform CT procedures and a variety of imaging modalities not limited to CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
- Position patients, ensure comfort and safety, and optimize image quality through technique selection and parameter adjustments.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, review imaging orders, and coordinate with radiologists and other team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control practices, and equipment maintenance standards to support quality imaging.
Requirements
- Experience operating CT imaging equipment in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency with CT protocols and related radiographic procedures (general radiography and fluoroscopy).
- Ability to work the listed shift in a day schedule and perform a 40-hour workweek.
- Travel-ready and able to relocate for a short-term assignment in Glendale, CA.
- Strong patient-care skills and effective communication with diverse patient populations.
