Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager Outpatient Imaging 
Location: Chico, CA
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging / Allied Manager/Director
Shift: Days, Full Time
Salary Range: $100,000 – $160,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Radiology Manager with financial, HR, leadership, quality, and operational management

  • Supervise Lead/Senior Technologists and indirectly all technical staff

  • Manage daily staffing, budgets, and productivity targets

  • Ensure image quality control and policy enforcement

  • Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, Title 17 & 22, ACR)

  • Act as liaison between patients/families, physicians, and care teams

  • Maintain clinical competencies and technical skills

Patients Served: Pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
