    Overview
    Registered Nurse – CCU travel assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Start date 08/31/2026 for a 13-week contract in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $2,093–$2,236. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 36 hours per week, daytime (12-hour shifts). The assignment includes floating to PCU as needed and requires current critical care experience in a 20-bed unit with a 1:2 patient ratio.

    - Documentation: Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) required up front and uploaded with profile

    Responsibilities
    - Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care for adult CCU patients, including ventilated patients and those with complex cardiovascular needs
    - Monitor and interpret hemodynamic data, ICP monitoring, ventilator settings, and other critical devices; administer medications and titrate drips per protocol
    - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans; document in Meditech Expanse
    - Maintain patient safety, infection control, and accurate clinical documentation; respond promptly to changes in patient status
    - Manage a 1:2 patient ratio in a 20-bed unit; participate in routine rounds and discharge planning
    - Adhere to facility policies, participate in ongoing professional development, and participate in on-call rotation as assigned

    Requirements
    - Massachusetts RN license; and Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) uploaded at profile
    - Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
    - NIHSS certification required
    - Minimum 2 years current Critical Care experience (CCU or equivalent)
    - Expertise with ventilation management, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring
    - Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred; TNCC preferred; BSN preferred
    - Willingness to float to PCU as needed; own vehicle required
    - Perm address uploaded with profile; travel outside a 50-mile radius required
    - All scheduling requests (RTO) must be provided at submission; post-offer requests may be rescinded
