    Overview
    Registered Nurse - L&D (Travel) in Los Angeles, California, US. Start date: 09/14/2026. 13-week assignment. Weekly pay: $2,359–$2,474 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Setting: Home Healthcare - Hospice.

    Responsibilities
    - Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
    - Collect data, analyze assessment findings, and develop a care plan; implement and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
    - Collaborate with the patient, family, and treatment team; provide health education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
    - Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate appropriately and coordinate duties.
    - Maintain accurate documentation and utilize the care plan to promote safety and a healing environment; participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives.
    - Ensure compliance with infection control, safety policies, and regulatory requirements; support the use of an electronic medical record (EPIC) for care delivery.

    Requirements
    - Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California)
    - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (RQI BLS acceptable)
    - ACLS certification required
    - Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification required
    - Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in the field
    - EPIC EMR experience required
    - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
