Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate employee health services in the local market, ensuring alignment with system strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a key resource for education, communication, and support related to occupational health, infection prevention, workers’ compensation, and staff wellness initiatives.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Knowledge of occupational health concepts, infection prevention, and workers’ compensation processes
- Ability to work in a hospital-based setting and provide on-site support
- Strong communication and education skills; aptitude for staff coaching and program coordination
- BLS certification preferred; experience in occupational health, infection prevention, or workers’ compensation is a plus
- Availability to participate in a travel assignment and meet the assignment start date and duration
