Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) Pediatric (PEDS) in Oregon. This position involves performing assessments of patients' respiratory status, delivering respiratory treatments, evaluating patient responses, and providing education on respiratory health and wellness. The role requires a compassionate and skilled professional to support pediatric and infant patients in an acute hospital setting during daytime hours.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Days
  • Schedule: 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Start Date: 08/25/2026
  • Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in an acute hospital setting; some experience with infants and pediatrics; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification; state license in Oregon; Certifications including Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric and infant patients strongly preferred.
  • Additional Information: The respiratory therapist will perform patient assessments, provide treatments, and educate patients regarding respiratory care and wellness.
