Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) - Coos Bay, Oregon. This position involves performing assessments of patient respiratory status, providing respiratory treatments, evaluating patient responses to care, and delivering patient education related to respiratory health and wellness. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: One year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in an acute hospital setting, some experience with infants and pediatrics, PALS certification, Oregon state license, and certifications including NRP, BLS (AHA), NBRC, ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA).
Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
Additional Information: The on-call schedule and weekend schedule will be determined by the facility. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, administering respiratory treatments, responding to patient needs, and educating patients on health and wellness topics.
