**Join Our Team as an Inpatient Rehab RN!** - **Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives?** - **Bring your Med-Surg or inpatient rehab experience to our dynamic team!** - **About Us:** - Join a leading acute inpatient rehabilitation facility in Madison, Wisconsin. - Specializing in rehabilitation for stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions. - Our mission: Help patients achieve their highest level of recovery and return home as soon as possible. - **What We Offer:** - Comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. - Collaborate with a passionate team to maximize the health and quality of life for those we serve. - **Position Details:** - **Role:** RN - **Unit:** Rehab - **Shift:** 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM; 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) - **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend and holiday rotations - **Call Requirements:** Yes - **Certifications Required:** BLS - **Experience Required:** 1+ year in skilled nursing or other 24/7 care environments - **Preferred Experience:** Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation with high acuity patients - **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 49 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:7 - **Equipment:** Access to mobility equipment including ceiling lifts, Sara Stedy, slide boards, vital machines, EKG machines, BGM, and computers for charting. - **EHR System:** EPIC - **Patient Population:** Adults requiring high-acuity inpatient rehabilitation services - **Expectations:** - Provide hands-on support by assisting CNAs and responding to call lights for patient safety. - Adhere to strict attendance policies and mandatory breaks. - Participate in potential floating to a satellite IRF facility within 20 minutes in the future. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
