Travel Resource Specialist

We are seeking a Travel Resource Specialist to research, organize, and maintain travel information that helps clients make informed decisions about their trips. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching destinations, discovering travel options, organizing information, and staying current with travel trends.

Responsibilities

Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, attractions, and travel services

Gather and organize travel information based on client preferences and trip requirements

Research and compare available travel options

Assist with creating travel recommendations and itinerary details

Maintain accurate and up to date destination and travel resources

Help clients find options that align with their travel needs and preferences

Assist with reservation details, special requests, and itinerary updates

Communicate with clients and travel partners when additional information is needed

Organize digital resources, notes, and travel information for easy reference

Stay informed about new destinations, travel services, and industry developments

Requirements

Strong research and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Enjoys learning about destinations and travel experiences

Comfortable researching and comparing information online

Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Familiar with basic digital tools and online platforms

Previous travel, research, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
