Travel Respiratory Therapist (6P–6A)

Contract | Travel | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct respiratory therapy services within a critical access hospital setting across inpatient and emergency care areas
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols
• Operate and manage respiratory equipment including ventilators and diagnostic devices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Michigan

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a critical access hospital or rural healthcare environment
• Experience with a broad range of respiratory care services including emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings
