Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality respiratory treatments and testing across all age groups, including newborns
• Operate and maintain various respiratory equipment with proficiency
• Conduct diagnostic testing including EKGs and 6-Minute Walk Tests (6 MWT)
• Educate patients and families on respiratory diseases and medications
• Collaborate with the care team to develop plans supporting successful patient discharges
• Function effectively in both inpatient and outpatient respiratory care settings

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
• Must hold Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential and be licensed in the State of Montana
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• Must have newborn experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working with patients across all age groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Familiarity with a broad range of respiratory equipment and diagnostic tools
