Schedule
5x8-hour shifts
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
40 hours/week
No on-call requirement
Block scheduling not available; travelers must remain flexible
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hospital inpatient RN Case Management / discharge planning experience required
Acute hospital Case Management experience required
Strong inpatient discharge planning experience required
Med-Surg and/or Critical Care discharge planning experience required
Experience coordinating discharge needs, resources, and transitions of care required
Must be comfortable managing medically complex Med-Surg and Critical Care patients
Therapy-only backgrounds will not be considered
Candidate must be able to work independently after approximately 3 days of orientation

Required:
BLS
License Requirement
Active Maryland RN license must be in hand
