Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Case Manager – Everett, WA 98201

Start Date: October 2026

Location: Everett, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:30 - 16:00), 13-week contract with guaranteed 72 hours per two-week period. Every other weekend required. Float between multiple campuses as needed.

Highlights:

• Work at a Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds across multiple campuses
• Focus on discharge planning and care coordination within an acute care hospital setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams managing patient caseloads of 25-30 patients
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
• Facility-paid parking and comprehensive orientation program
• Opportunity to work across diverse case management areas including Med Surg, LLOS, and Emergency Department

Requirements:

• Active Washington State RN license (Compact license accepted; must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience required (behavioral health does not qualify)
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Discharge planning and care coordination experience required
• Epic EMR experience required; AIDA EMR experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong preference for candidates with diverse case management experience across Med Surg, LLOS, and Emergency Department settings
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required
