Travel RN - Intermediate Care - Float Pool

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Intermediate Care - Float Pool

Shift: Rotating D/N, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 6 weeks

Minimum every other weekend required; schedule adjusted to meet unit needs. No block schedules. Monday–Sunday.

Requirements:

• VT license (must be active)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Large Level 1 trauma teaching facility experience
• Cardiology experience, including post-cath, STEMIs, and structural heart patients
• Epic experience within the past 2 years (required, nonnegotiable)
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS (required prior to start)

Other Details:

• EMR: Epic
• Float Pool role — travelers float first, within central pool PCU units. Primarily Miller 3 (Cardiac Progressive Care Stepdown, Tele/Surgical focus) supporting cardiothoracic surgery, vascular, urology, and cardiology; may also float to hematology, oncology, orthopedics, med tele, general surgery, neurology (incl. neuro SDU), neurosurgery, ENT, and GYN
• Manager will review candidates without A-Line experience who have OH (CABG) Post-Op Day 1 experience
• Public transportation is not accessible in this area — reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended
