Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Surgical ICU position at a Level II Trauma Center, requiring 2 years of current SICU experience and MD or compact RN license.

Details

• Surgical ICU setting at a Level II Trauma Center
• Cares for ICU and post-surgical patients including trauma, vascular, GI, ortho/neuro spine, general surgery, transplant, and oncology cases
• Night shift 12-hour schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend commitment of 3 out of every 6 weekends per 6-week schedule
• Floating required to areas of like skill set, including other ICUs and IMCs
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active RN license (MD or Compact) required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of current Surgical ICU experience required
• At least 2 previous travel assignments required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center required
• Critical Care Certification and trauma course preferred
